Techniques such as deep tissue massage, applying pressure and gentle stretching to areas of the body can give a comprehensive massage treatment to the area of concern.

“I received treatment each time I came to Edinburgh with Juliet. Juliet did great work using certain stretches and massage techniques to loosen muscle tension in my legs. I remembered having knots in my calves and quads, the following day it absolutely disappeared. Really thankful to the work that she has done to make me feel and play better..”
Gregory Gaultier - Former Men's World No.1 ranked Squash player.
After sustaining an ankle injury through running, Juliet has helped me through the entire rehabilitation process. Her sessions have focused on strengthening and stretching the entire body and her professional advice is invaluable. After continuing running I now feel stronger.
— Ross Dewar, junior elite distance runner.
