Pilates

A great way to work core muscles in the body. Perfect for working specific muscles in the spine, feet, legs and arms. It can be useful as a one off session to highlight areas to work on specifically. Periodic reviews or weekly/regular sessions enable you to get you moving to your fullest potential.

Regular sessions will give you a whole new awareness of your body, you are likely to find muscles that you didn’t know you had.

To arrange assessment and ongoing pilates sessions, you can book directly for a 1:1 session. Use the “book now” button to book directly online.

Alternatively you can buy multiple 1:1 pilates sessions (x10) at a discounted rate via the online shop.

We run classes in the studio at Edinburgh Sports Club. These classes can be booked as a block (at the start of a block) or you can drop in to a class by using the “book now” button, under “group sessions”.

Classes whether in person or on zoom are an excellent way to keep you motivated, and make you aware of where you need to stretch and strengthen. Aiming to reduce the likelihood of injury and improve performance, and keep you one step ahead of the competition!
